The Old Rectory 2 Raglan Road
It is believed that this magnificent Victorian building was originally owned by the wealthy Connor Family who lived in " Seacourt" on the Maxwell Road .At some point the property was bequeathed to Bangor Parish Church of Ireland for use as a Rectory.
After it was considered no longer suitable as a rectory it fell into disrepair over the past 20 years or so.
BWCG has learned that the Old Rectory has now been purchased by a local person who intends to restore all the original features of the house. We will be updating this article as the work progresses
